Is there a normal time frame for how long it takes for support to respond to emails regarding refunds/cancelation? All I've gotten reply wise so far is an automated message and that's it just trying to figure out an ETA for it because I had completely forgotten about the recurring subscription I had until I got a message saying it was renewed and money had been taken off of my card. Any help would be appreciated
