Every time I try to hit he play button for the Alice madness returns game, it seems to load but once the game pops up and loads into the actual game - the wemod part doesn't work and none of the cheats work. I've been using this for just a few days now on several different games and this is the only one so far that's given me trouble. Help!!

Game purchased on Steam. No, I'm not using any other mods. It's a single player game. No error messages show at all - either loading it from wemod or from steam, then wemod -- it still isn't working. The entire mod for that game doesn't work.
Basically, I load into the game from wemod - Game loads up, but as it's going through the initial intro before main menu - Wemod's app just cancels out and then it pops up the happy or sad face and the 'play' button on wemod is showing as if it's not active for the game. And, when going back into the game - none of the cheats i selected are active.
I did try to load from steam first, then hit play on wemod (As I saw recommended on a similar thread for another game) --- That didn't seem to fix it either.
