Hi,
The game had an update today and the trainer in its current version causes the game to crash.
Mentioning it here as well cuz I don't know how often the community page is checked.

Hello GreenHouse and thank you, but the program doesn’t detect the game automatically. When I manually select the .exe file, it launches two instances of the game and the mods don’t work.

Thank you for reporting this! The WeMod app usually detects game updates and automatically sends them to the testing queue. If it hasn’t been sent to testing after 24 hours, I can manually report it. When exactly does the game crash—right after you click Play?

Sorry I didn't notice your question earlier.
The game crashes after I load my save file hitting "Continue game". Since nobody else mentioned anything it might just be me so I will try and re-install the game. For a game that is actively played and has apparently 10k+ users on WEMOD there should be others reporting it as well.
I'll update this post once I re-installed the game. Ty
