Hi! Could you let me know which game you're having issues with?
To assist you better, could you please share a few details? Feel free to skip a question if you've already shared the info.
-Where did you purchase the game?
-Are you using any other mods alongside WeMod?
-Are you playing in single-player or multiplayer mode?
-Do you see any error messages?
-Which specific mod options aren’t working for you?
-The game is Hollowknight on steam
-no I am not using anyother mods
-single player
-The error message says that its having issues loading the mods into my game
-it isnt a spesific mod, when I click play when the save file is loaded, it crashes
First, that is a Bot
Second, pls make your own Ticket
Try verifying the game files on Steam. Go to Steam Library. Right click the game and select ‘Properties’. Click ‘Installed Files’ then ‘Verify integrity of game files’. Wait for the process to finish, then launch the game and let it load completely before clicking Play on WeMod.
Yes, please create your own ticket so we can avoid any confusion.
Okay I verified the game file it found no errors, I waited for the game to full load and it crashed
Are you using the latest mods version? You can check by going to the mod settings then mods version. Select the latest, the one from 2021.
yep I'm on that version
is there a log menu, so I can see what keeps crashing it?
From what I know, WeMod doesn't have a built-in crash log viewer, but there are a few ways you can check for crash details.
If Hollow Knight is crashing, it might generate its own crash logs. You can check the game's local folder for those. Another option is to look in the Windows Event Viewer. To open it, press Win + R, type eventvwr, and hit Enter. Then go to Windows Logs > Application and look for any recent error entries related to HollowKnight.exe or WeMod.
Let me know if you're able to find the cause of the crash. If not, I can send a report to the testing team to test the trainer.
No crashing for me yet when im using it, have you tried copying your save and reinstalling the game?
I found this error log in the event viewer
