#Accidentally bought annual instead of monthly subscription

I need a refund asap, so I can correct this mistake and buy the monthly one, but I have sent the e-mail to the support with the nickname and e-mail I use on WeMod (the same one that I have sent the help request for the support) and I think I've only received the default message 'til this moment.
When you already contacted them via E-mail you need to wait, there cant help via Forum or Discord about that
