I need help, when i load the app, it immediately goes suspended only in task manager, then i have to open it again for it to open and then i get a black screen. In task manager it keeps changing, and then i go to the file location and i see this.

when I delete it still say update.exe is installed and it has no icon like in task manager

Likely just residual files, Run a disk cleanup and some basic maintenance, then restart your pc.
Was the whole screen still black when you ran that in run?
