snowrunner unlimited spare tires not working at all

Also - always morning only change with "set time of the day" so basically it like the built in feature of the game.
The unlimited fuel working for me unlike the latest support request i saw here related to the game.

You need at least 1 spare tire for the mod to work.

I tried didn't work
Took the tatarin truck with 4 spare wheels, broke 1 wheel and enabled the mod and it didnt returned to 4 spares.. it only work if i enable it from the beginning?
