When i press launch on the gta4 it says that its gotta laucnh otuside of we mod so i did but when im in the game its says play game and i did this multiple times but says play game

What is the exact message you receive when you are in game and you tab out to click play on wemod.

Are you using any other mods or addons with the game?

It has loaded in just fine for me, Have you tried reinstalling wemod?
