I just recently factory reset my pc and I assumed I was using my email for the account that I was paying for pro on but when I logged in using my email, I didn't have pro. I checked all of my alternate emails I could remember and if they had an account on them, they didn't have pro either. the problem is that I just got charged for pro yesterday and I cant find the account to either continue using it or swap my membership to my main account. I'm assuming since non of my emails had pro on them, I think I somehow paid for pro on a temporary account or something and now I'm just getting charged with no way to cancel it.
