So basically, I see website showing mods supported for the game, but in app there are no mods visible and it displays message: We don't have mods for this game. Any idea how to fix it?

Hey jopa! You can try to manually link your games exe to one of those trainers and see if it works. There are no guarantees but it doesn’t hurt to try!
