yes, i'm using nexus mods for skins only

That could likely be why, All of our trainers are only ever tested on vanilla versions. When the trainer is loaded in can you check under the mod history tab if the latest version is being applied?

I’ll check on our end for any issues. If we can replicate the problem, the trainer will be added to the queue for an update. If everything passes, it’s likely the issue is with the skins you’re using. I’ll follow up once I hear back from the testers. Apologies for the inconvenience!
