So I started up we mod and it gave me an error message about my anti virus. We mod is currently wihitelisted so yeah no idea there. I tried uninstalling the overlay and app but the app won't uninstall even though the overlay did. So I tried reinstalling that didn't work and then I reset my computer same error and still wont reinstall.

Please follow these steps:
Uninstall WeMod via the Add Or Remove Programs feature found in settings/control panel.
Navigate to these three places and, if these folders still exist on your PC, delete them:
C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\WeMod
C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\SquirrelTemp
C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\WeMod
Restart your PC
Download WeMod’s offline installer from this direct link: https://api.wemod.com/client/download Install the software.
Before you launch WeMod, Add the following WeMod folders as exceptions to your antivirus software:
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\WeModC:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\WeModIf you are unable to whitelist the entire folders, you may need to whitelist the specific files mentioned below:
C:\Users\YOUR_NAME\AppData\Local\WeModC:\Users\YOUR_NAME\AppData\Local\WeModC:\Users\YOUR_NAME\AppData\Local\WeMod\app-VERSION_NUMBER\resources\app.asar.unpacked\static\unpacked\auxiliary

well no i told you i dont see a squirrel temp
just squirrelsetup and squirrel.exe
also cant get to that last file you mention as the previous thing isnt a folder only a file
now the folder for wemod is gone entirely I didnt delete it was there just a moment ago
im going to try another restart

ok im back that wemod folder is still gone and i still cant reinstall with that offline thing or the normal installer
im really lost here ive never had a issue with wemod and ive no idea why this is happening
it gave me a setup log when io tried to run that secondary installer do you need me to send you that?

Hey @hallow pulsar, when you're on that error screen in the app, please press Ctrl+Shift+L on your keyboard. It will ask you to save a log file. It would help us greatly if you'd attach that here. Thank you!

Does C:\Users\YOUR_NAME\AppData\Local\WeMod exist? If so, are you able to delete it manually?

What happens when you run the WeMod installer? Does it complete and then just not open the app?

Which version of Windows are you on? You can check by pressing Win + R and entering winver
Should be 2 long numbers, like 123456.78901
The one from the main website. Does anything show up when you double click it? (WeMod-Setup.exe)
