basically i just download horizonthrought the download tool, i ran that as administrator obviously, and i also ran horizon as administrator with no firewall or protection at all but it keeps telling me "Failed to connect to the server!" every single time. i tried reinstalling like 3 times. I heard this tool was retired but still, if you have an answer please help. Again, i am aware this tool is retired
