Palworld mods aren't working when I play online mod

While I play online, specifically when I join my friend's map, Palworld mods aren't working (infinite health, Pal health, no craft requirements, massive work speed, add stats, etc.). However, when using the offline mod, it works fine. Is there any way to fix these issues when I play online? Tks
