Main Game Purchased from Steam on September 16th, 2019. DLC purchased on September 16th and 21st, 2019.
Game crashes just from trying to start the trainer. At first I thought Alt+W/Alt+` seemed to cause it to crash, but it doesn't.
Not starting the trainer seems to prevent it from crashing.
I mean I should be happy that the overlay is working too but I cannot play it even after launching the trainer manually.

It didn't use to crash on me before I launched the trainer after opening the game.
Doesn't matter if I launched the trainer mid-game or early game. The crash is still resulted.
I don't know what's causing the crashing. I've no idea if it's mods I've mounted onto New Vegas or what. But I don't know what to do to fix it.
At the Overlay is working, that's one positive.

Hey! Can you try to disable the overlay by clicking the slider off at the top right corner of the trainer, restart both game and WeMod App, then check if issue persists?

Disabling Overlay seems to have fixed it.
No crash.
