Can you open the map on the website then press f12, go to console, then try to mark a pin as found and see if there are any errors?

It said failed to load resource server responded with a status of 404

nvm I see what you are talking about. That wouldn't cause any issues

Can you go to the a pin and try to mark it as found and see? If there is nothing there switch to the network tab and try the same thing
