But i won't need outlook and I will not activate this Microsoft Program.
Is there any other option, to send an email ?

You can just Copy there Email and write it manually via your Favorit Program/Email Provider

[The Button "Send us an Email" is just a way to automaticly put the Email in the Header and so on. Thats why its opening Outlook automaticly]
