#Wemod shutting down my pc

I had already opened a ticket, and I was informed that the problem was my hardware, but I did some benchmark tests and it's not my PC. I can play games like Hogwarts Legacy without any problems, but as soon as I open wemod, in 5 minutes with the mods active, the PC turns off by itself. I did the test playing Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms, which is an extremely light clicker game. It worked smoothly. As soon as I opened wemod, in approximately 5 minutes the PC turned off by itself again.👻

Hi! What's your OS and the version of WeMod app installed? (you can find this in the wemod app settings)

Try reinstalling the WeMod app. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Uninstall the WeMod app first via Add or Remove Programs.
  2. Find and remove any WeMod-related files from your PC.
  3. To ensure that WeMod has been completely removed, delete it from the AppData directory and Squirrel from the temp folder. The WeMod files are located here:
    C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\WeMod
    C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\SquirrelTemp
    C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\WeMod
  4. Restart your PC.
  5. Download the latest WeMod installer from here: https://api.wemod.com/client/download
  6. Run the installer as an administrator to give it the necessary permissions.

with low qualitys games and high quality games, without wemod i play for an hour with wemod 4-5 minutes and down

Could you please tell me where your games were purchased from? In the meantime, please also ensure that your GPU drivers are updated.

i update just for test, some games in steam, some games in epic, some games are pirates, all shutting down only with wemod active

i don't know how this happen, bcs with low grafic games like champions of the forgotten realms, is a 2d clicker game... the pc still turning of with we mod.

Sorry for the inconvenience. It looks like the issue is isolated in your setup. Have you tried monitoring your CPU and GPU temperatures while running WeMod? You can use tools like HWMonitor or MSI Afterburner to keep an eye on these metrics. If the temps get too high, it could be a cooling issue.
