Hi, I've done a fresh install and logged in so I'm connected to the servers. However, all the games I click on I just get the error "Can't connect to WeMod" and a Retry button. I can view maps fine of games just can't get any mods.

If you’re experiencing issues with WeMod, your antivirus software might be interfering. To resolve this, try whitelisting or adding exceptions for the following folders:
- C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\WeMod

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\WeMod

Also are you using a wifi network and experiencing slower speeds? Everything is loading fine for me.

If you are unable to whitelist the entire folders, you may need to whitelist the specific files mentioned below:

Update.exe, located in C:\Users\YOUR_NAME\AppData\Local\WeMod
WeMod.exe, located in C:\Users\YOUR_NAME\AppData\Local\WeMod
WeModAuxiliaryService.exe, located in C:\Users\YOUR_NAME\AppData\Local\WeMod\app-VERSION_NUMBER\resources\app.asar.unpacked\static\unpacked\auxiliary

Added the exemptions to my Anti virus. It was working fine yesterday. I voted using my points for a game to be updated about 20 times and since then it hasn't worked

I've been a pro member for 2 years no issues

Uninstall WeMod via the Add Or Remove Programs feature found in settings/control panel.

Navigate to these three places and, if these folders still exist on your PC, delete them:

C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\WeMod

C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\SquirrelTemp

C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\WeMod

Restart your PC

Download WeMod’s offline installer from this direct link: https://api.wemod.com/client/download then Install the software.

On wifi yes like I always am when I use the app and BitDefender which I've always used and not had an issue

If you are using a VPN, disable it, then restart WeMod.
If not, restart your WiFi router. Turn it off and leave it off for at least one minute so that the WiFi signal completely dissipates from the building, then turn the router back on again.
