Could i request an update of mods for these games?
I don't quite understand why the mod "instant production" is different for both games. were they intended to be that way?

in RA3, instant production means instant completion of buildings, training, and research, though there are times when protocol upgrades need to be cancelled and redone before instant research take effect.

in Uprising, instant production seems to only work when the buildings are completed.
