Can someone make a Sea of Thieves mod

Even if it only worked in safer seas and made getting gold and reputation a lot easier, not something that gives you unlimited health or one shot kill or anything like that

As far as I know, Sea of Thieves has no real offline mode. It requires a permanent internet connection and has a shared world. So i don't think there will be any mods/trainers for it and since it use Easy-Anticheat, i doubt it.
