For some reason all the mods work in Survival mode except unlimited health. I’ve turned off the trainer & back on when I loaded into survival mode & it didn’t work.

Yes gamepass! Yes I’m still having issues with the teleport to waypoint mod also

I'll add that to my report. Can you tell me more about the teleport issue? What happens when you use it?

Fall under the map endlessly. Have to restart from checkpoint.
