I've tried multiple up to date games. It says it's connected, mods are loaded. And they just won't work. My anti-virus has no problem with the game, I've tried to run it as an admin. Changed paths. Loaded into it after launching the game. Everything.
I don't know what to do, it seems almost all the solutions I've tried. I've also tried using a VPN but that also didn't work.

Or specifically 3 I tried. Palworld. Slimerancher, and rune factory 5, I figured it was enough to test that it wasn't one specific game
