It's because Discord also uses squirrel to install
Could you try clearing out this folder and re-run the installer? - C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\SquirrelTemp

Also try deleting these folders if they exist:
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\WeMod
and
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\WeMod

#

Then re-run the installer
