Wemood and Skyrim’s Script Issues
So, here’s the thing there’s this technical problem that’s been driving me crazy while playing Skyrim. One of the most frustrating issues is this bizarre insta-death phenomenon for the player character. Every time my character takes even the tiniest amount of physical contact or damage, they die instantly. Worse, it happens in any situation. At first, I had no idea what to blame, but after some trial and error, I started suspecting Wemood.

Here’s what happened: every time I sleep in an inn and wake up, the system prompts me to select which stats to improve. During that process, within 1-2 level-ups, my character’s health randomly resets to 0. The worst part? This process can’t be skipped. After waking up, my character seems fine... but soon enough, the insta-death kicks in again. It feels like sleeping in Skyrim has turned into a nightmare.

Initially, I wasn’t sure Wemood was the culprit. So, I disabled Wemood and tried sleeping in-game. Everything worked perfectly no issues at all. I played for a while without any problems. But as soon as I re-enabled Wemood, my health reset to 0, and the insta-death came back.

At that point, I was convinced Wemood was messing with Skyrim’s scripts. I suspect there might be other problems caused by Wemood, but honestly, I don’t feel like typing out all the details right now. Long story short, this experience taught me that sometimes, mods designed to make life easier can turn into a nightmare instead.

Thanks for listening to my rant.
