Read the read before playing. Followed instructions. Downloaded & installed anti-cheat bypass files according to bypass instructions. Disabled WeMod overlay. Clicked play in main menu. Unlimited resources, unlimited skill points, and unlimited ammo confirmed myself not working. Lastest Wildlands, Ubisoft, and WeMod. Edit: Didn't test other cheats

Hey! Can you please check if you've followed the steps below:
Download the EAC bypass link provided on this page, which should be at the top and posted by our trainer creator, and proceed with the following steps:
-Open the game installation folder. The original rungame.exe should be in there. Rename it to rungame.exe.bak.
-Copy and paste the rungame.exe from the bypass folder to the game installation folder.
-Now, navigate to the EasyAntiCheat folder. Rename EasyAntiCheat_x64.dll to EasyAntiCheat_x64.dll.bak.
-Copy and paste the EasyAntiCheat_x64.dll from the bypass folder to the EasyAntiCheat folder for the game.
-Launch the game via Ubisoft or Steam.
-Hit Play on WeMod when you’re on the main menu.

No, I have no mods installed nor ever used any other cheat/mod besides WeMod.

No, which is why I was surprised that mods didn't work when I tried in-game.
Just to confirm, are you able to enable the mods, or is the trainer showing as “PLAYING,” but no changes are being applied in the game?
Both - I was able to click to activate the mods and the trainer was shown as PLAYING but no changes.
This is noted. Can you please ensure that you are using the most recent trainer version, which you can check by going to the Mods version under Mod settings?

Can you please try to verify integrity files of the game. Open the Ubisoft app for Windows. Go to the Library tab. Choose the game you wish to verify. Next to the Play button, select the button with the three dots. Choose Verify files
