Did you pay for monthly or yearly? Also make sure you are signed into the correct account.
If you are unable to recover your pro account yourself you will need to email support@wemod.com
I only have the one account, paying monthly. I just want to understand what happened here.
Not entirely sure the only thing i can think of is that you are not signed into the correct account, It's best to email support@wemod.com.

Your account AsheV363, is not Pro nor has it ever gone through checkout. You likely have multiple accounts without realizing it.
The app didn't ask me to sign in again before the 15th or after. If I give my email addresses could you check if any of them have an account?
