When adjusting the mod volume sound in customization settings, the mod volume only changes while I have the app open. If I close the app and open it, the mod volume changes back to the default volume even though it shows as changed to a lower volume. I currently have pro but I'm unsure if that's related to this issue or not.

Hey! Could you double-check that your preferred audio output device (speakers or headphones) is set as the default in your Windows sound settings? If everything looks good there, try reinstalling the WeMod app and see if that makes any difference.

I have this same problem. My windows setting is fine and I've installed this application over two different computers with the same issue. I have to always go to the sounds options in the app (which shows it's lowered in the app) and move it up/down a few points for it to work again.
