It's been two weeks and I haven't received a refund.
I registered a post about this, but it was removed for privacy reasons.
Two weeks ago, I emailed them about a refund.
I already emailed them to inquire about the refund, which hasn't been issued yet.
However, I haven't received a response to this email.
That's why I wrote a post on Discord.

Hey Jagross we do not handle billing issues over discord, If you email the team now they will respond when they are available. I have notified the managers.
When was the last email sent? Also make sure you are monitoring the junk folder just incase it gets sent there.
I first requested a refund on December 23rd. I was told that the refund would take 3-5 days. I was also told that my money would be refunded.
The last email sent about the delayed refund is on January 6th.
I checked my junk mail, but there was no reply on January 6th.
The support team operates Monday to Friday during regular business hours. I’ve sent them a message, and they’ll respond as soon as they’re available. Depending on email volume, it may take up to another day to receive a reply.
