when i activate wemod in Mount and blade 2, the game crashes, not before , it use to NOT do that? idk whats causing the crash

i should note, this hasnt happened with older version of the game, and it didnt work yesterder (crashing), then it worked, now its crashing again

Can you check if the game source is Steam? You can find it in the mod settings > Game Source. Also, launch the game first before clicking 'Play' on WeMod. If the problem persists, try whitelisting the WeMod folders in your antivirus.

and it is through steam
and i am in the game, moving around , and then hit play on wemod, then the crash happens

Are you using the WeMod overlay? Can you try disabling it first and then try again?
