Is the Sony/PSN overlay active? Chris replied to you on this thread: https://discord.com/channels/210943012828610560/1323774570536374272. If you haven't already, try disabling the PSN overlay first.

While you're in-game, you can press Shift + F1 to see if the PSN overlay is active. A screen showing your PSN profile should appear. From what I've read, you can disable it by typing %programdata%\Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc\ into your Windows file explorer and locating the PSPC_SDK folder, which you can then rename or delete.

Try to use the alternate overlay hotkey. You can find this in the Settings > Customization. Then relaunch the WeMod app.
