I've been trying to play the Long Dark with a free account, which i have been able to do for a long while, and a couple nights ago I noticed that whenever I hit play on the WeMod app to resume the mod, the app crashes silently and i have to manually turn it back on. However, when I try to start the mod again, the problem happens again. it was odd, because the first night this happened, i had been using the mod a few hours prior. Any help would be appreciated, and I love how the app works as a whole, but this issue is making the app borderline unusable. Thank you, and I hope your team has a very happy holidays!

Hey Evan, Have you tried reinstalling the wemod app?
I now have a new problem, everytime I attempt redownloading it from the website, it tells me there was a problem and won't install properly.
i'm so sorry, im not very good with computers and i had no problem downloading the app the first time, and I dont really know if im able to access a lot of things inside the computer, as it used to be my dad's before he gave it to me, and he forgot the security password to it as well, so that might hinder things. Sorry again.
Are you able to share the setup log in here?
would you like a screenshot or a copy-paste?
It seems Discord might be interfering with the installation.
Please follow these steps:
Uninstall WeMod via the Add Or Remove Programs feature found in settings/control panel.
Navigate to these three places and, if these folders still exist on your PC, delete them:
C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\WeMod
C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\SquirrelTemp
C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\WeMod
Restart your PC
Make sure discord is closed and not running by checking the task manager for any tasks running.
Download WeMod’s offline installer from this direct link: https://api.wemod.com/client/download then install.
