Hey @pseudo sail Unfortunately horizon was retired quite some time back and the support team is unable to provide support for it.

Best thing if you did all of that then i would reach out on the forums, There are some OG's still lurking in there. No one around here except chris still uses or has knowledge of horizon unfortunately.
