Because 2nd and 3rd place both got 90k score at the end, but i only got 100
so i thought its bug or something.

Tho, have you followed the Mod instruction for it? 'Activate before starting the minigame' or try to activate it on the main menu.

As far as I'm aware, having played the Like A Dragon games, that's part of the minigame itself. You may need to activate it before activating the song selection

And @copper vine is correct, 100 is the max score. The score can't go higher than that. Can you show us what you're referring to with a screenshot of some kind?

95.450 is the same as 95.45 (or 95.5 if you round it up)
But weird that it's at 95.000 now instead of 100
