I recently built a new computer so of course i have been switching everything over, but when I installed WeMod, I noticed I no longer have my PRO subscription. I don't think I used a different email, but i got the yearly deal a few months ago, so I am pretty upset. I was wondering if i could have any help possibly trying to find an error either on my end or the apps

You are likely not signed into the correct account, You can start by trying to find your receipt that was sent to your email and sign in with that email or recover your account with it. If you are unable to find it then you will need to email support@wemod.com
