I recently used we mod once for a new game, during that time some beta over play feature turned on etc I’ve disabled it but it keeps automatically turning back on, I don’t use WeMod much and I can’t any games because the overlay keeps crashing all my games that I play that I don’t use WeMod for, et elder scrolls online, everytime I go on it the game crashes and says WeMod overlay is preventing something. Like i said atm I’m barely using WeMod. Just used it the other wel to try on a game but then stopped.

No overlay is off and it turns on randomly by itself I’m also ending the WeMod on task manager to stop it running in background etc

You need to close it from the gamebar or uninstall it. The gamebar will restart it if you just close it from task manager

It's the one when you press Win+G. If you have the WeMod widget installed through the game bar, sometimes it will automatically turn on. You may need to uninstall it to stop it from doing so.
You can try to remove the Overlay. If you are in Win 11 follow these:
Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps > WeMod Overlay > Uninstall
