Every time I click on wemod to open it it tells me "an error occured while loading wemod. You may need to reinstall the app or allow it through your anti-virus software" i have uninstalled and reinstalled, it loaded, I went into dead island 2, it crashed everything and went back to the same error. Please could I get steps to sort this out as I didn't have issues earlier this year and really want to play dead island 2 now.

I just researched it in google. Setting an exception will exclude individual files, folders, or websites from all scans and shields. To set an exception: Open Avast Antivirus and go to ☰ Menu ▸ Settings. Select General ▸ Exceptions, then click Add exception.
