#AC6 Armory Mod with Wemod?

I've been trying to get Wemod to worke with an AC6 mod (in particular the Armory mod) but since it uses modengine2 to boot up the game. Wemod doesnt seem to detect it as the right exe and I just get the "We are having trouble finding or starting your opened game" Error (yes I've already checked my antivirus)

and if I launch the mod first and then attempt to start Wemod it says that Wemod has to boot up the game first and not while the game is already running.

Was wondering if anyone knew of a work around?
