Since my last update for my computer the bypass for Phasmo is now being blocked by Norton, I turned ( or thought I did ) Norton off redownloaded the bypass but when I went to run it, it got blocked even with Norton off! Can anyone help please

You’ll need to make sure to exclude it from your quarantine and restore the file.

There are some real time protection settings you may need to turn off, dig through the Norton settings or find a way to add the file manually to the allow list
