Travellers Rest Dupe Mod working Delay

Hi i was just wondering if the Mod is working this way? Can it be fix somehow anyone know what to do? For the longest 20 hours play time span trough multiple days. Some times i got an instant Dupe. but sometimes i need to wait like 3 - 5 second before i am able to drag Dupe the item. Please suggest. Thank you very much
