I was too busy with my daughter to login to the actual computer in order to do anything, let alone cancel a subscription, the service stated £2/etc monthly once the trial period was up, I was just charged £45?! I want a cancellation and refund.

Just had to spend 1K repairing something, money on car servicing and other stuff, I can't be throwing money at a trainer
And it specifically stated 2 something monthly when I clicked trial

That is likely the yearly price compared to the monthly price. Annual subscriptions are usually cheaper when subscribed for the entire year compared to month-to-month
In any case, it would be best to contact the support team via the email for further assistance

It should be better stated in the app not to confuse people.
Now I'm 45 out of pocket for a silly app ill never use because I rarely even play games, hence the wanting a small trial.
Ill send an email to support but if I don't get a refund for atleast 11 months, this is being turned over to the bank.
Other than that, the actual app seems fine, I just don't particularly like being charged a year subscription when I was under the impression it would be monthly.
