Is the bypass folder supposed to just sit in the background and be a black screen or is it supposed to have words and code on it?

It is supposed to be like that. However, I can see you haven't extracted it from the .zip file yet. Make sure you extract it first, or it may not work
Once you've extracted it and run it, launch the game

Also on the other channel u told me that using it in multiplayer will get me banned

Please don't use the trainer in multiplayer. WeMod trainers are not designed for that.
Continue using it in multiplayer and you will end up being banned
