My billing date for WeMod is the 2nd Dec. I needed to change my payment details before then, did that, but did not realise that payment would be taken at that point.
That's fine but in my WeMod account in Billing, it still says that the next billing date is 2 Dec 2024.
Why has it not updated? And I don't want another payment to go ahead.
