#can't upgrade to pro?

So I had a month month subscription to Pro and noticed the Black Friday sale with coupon, I signed up in the app, but thought it would let me add it to my cart to add a coupon, but it made me purchase it with the button, long story short, I reached out to email support and they refunded, but now it took my current already paid month sub off my account and now if I go to "Upgrade to Pro" in the app it just opens the Pro page for a second and closes out and won't let me upgrade. When I go to the actual site on PC or my phone browser, it takes me to the screen that says, "Review Your Order" but nothing else will load on the screen and the squares under "Review Your Order" just fade in and out like it's loading, but nothing ever loads? Nothing has fixed it. I've redownloaded the app and tried multiple browsers all afternoon. I don't really mind paying for another month, but I don't like that I still had a week or two left on my subscription and now I don't have Pro and can't even upgrade to it. Using v9.15.0 as well.
