WeMod page completely frozen

When I turn on WeMod after loading my DDLV through steam my WeMod when turned on you can press anything on the page at all it’s like it’s completely frozen solid… please help! I have rebooted my computer and game a few times and everyone’s working just fine late last night.

I only use WeMod for DDLV…

If the apps not open how do you check? I launch the game through steam then open WeMod through my bottom task bar and load them that way. But it’s just completely frozen not even scrolling on the page works. I tried launching WeMod first and still same thing:(

O tried to see if o can launch through my phone but it wants a pin that I literally never remember setting up and I can’t get in that to try.

This is noted, and apologies for the inconvenience. Please try to find and remove any WeMod-related files from your PC. Also, delete WeMod from the AppData directory and Squirrel from the temp folder. Then, restart your computer and attempt to reinstall.

Download and install the WeMod offline installer: https://api.wemod.com/client/download

Then try running the installer as an administrator to give it the necessary permissions. See if it helps.

I believe it’s deleted everything just the icons on my screen it won’t let me delete it….

It's possible that the files have already been deleted. In that case, you can go ahead and click "Cancel." Then, restart your computer and attempt to reinstall.

Is your WeMod app currently open? If so, please try force closing the app.

Got it. Could you please open Task Manager by pressing CTRL + ALT + DELETE, then select Task Manager? Once there, check for any WeMod app-related processes. If you find any, right-click on them and select End Task.

I see. Please right-click on a blank area of the taskbar, and you should see an option for Task Manager. Once you click on it, a window will open showing the processes running on your PC. From there, we can check if WeMod is listed among the processes.

Doesn’t do anything… also re ran where I showed you all those files popping up and they are gone I got them deleted.. all that’s there is the desktop icon
