WeMod Mods Remain Active After Closing Game

So yesterday I was playing STALKER 2 and I was running WeMod in the background. When launched my game and loaded up my save I noticed that the effects from WeMod were still active. For example, I still had infinite Carry Weight and my god mode was still active, so i couldn't take damage or anything. I've tried closing out of WeMod completely through task manager, I've tried verifying my game files but no dice. Any help would be appreciated
