#Ability to switch the date format
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
Hey there. Date format in WeMod is normally based on your Windows date format as well as your language pack. First, check your Language & region settings. Make sure the Windows display language is set to your language and country. If you don't see it, you will need to click the Add a language button and add your language and country.
Afterwards, make sure your Country or region setting is set to your country, as well as the regional format setting being set to your language and country.
Finally, check the Administrative language settings and set your lanugage for non-Unicode programs to your language and country
For example, all of mine is set to English (Australia) and I have the DD/MM/YYYY format in WeMod
Unfortunately, I must be doing something wrong.
Can you hint me a bit more on what my mistake is please?
Try setting the “Regional Format” above to English (United Kingdom) and see if that changes the format.
That’s the only thing I can think of
I don’t know much though……
Greece also uses DD/MM/YYYY format. Maybe I should report it as a WeMod bug?
I agree with this. Change Recommended [English (US)] to English (United Kingdom);
That solved the problem.
However if I set it back to "Greek (Greece)" the problem comes back.
The only solution is to refrain from using my country's region format?
Seems to be the case. Idk why because Greece do use the same format as the UK.
Not for digit grouping though. So this is hardly the solution for me.
Must be a bug with WeMod then not registering Greek time format correctly.
I see. What is the correct procedure to file it as a bug?
