I have an account before the policy changed to a limited time use. If I were to get a pro membership, and then when it ends, will I still have the account as it was before? Will I have a limited time to use the program, or will I be able to use the program for as long as I want before the pro membership?

There will be no time limit on your account. It only applies to accounts created after the Feb 11th of this year.
