Black screen

So i recently reset my pc and when i downloaded wemod again all i see is a black screen

Close the app and Press Win + R then copy and paste this and press enter

C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\WeMod\wemod.exe --disable-gpu

Have you tried reinstalling the app? Also is everything up to date on your PC.

yup i have reinstalled the app about 3 times restarted my pc and freshly updated everything

When you closed wemod was it fully shut down or just minimized?

fully shut down i had to close it via task manager cuz it wouldnt let me close it any other way.

You can try to add it your antivirus exceptions close down wemod and add these

Uninstall WeMod via the Add Or Remove Programs feature found in settings/control panel.
Navigate to these three places and, if these folders still exist on your PC, delete them:

C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\WeMod

C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\SquirrelTemp

C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\WeMod

Restart your PC
Download WeMod’s offline installer from this direct link: https://api.wemod.com/client/download Install the software.

After try running that path i gave you again.

Also are you experiencing any sluggish response from your pc or any other issues with apps

1. Use Windows Error Checking for Drives

4. Check the Event Viewer for Errors

• Check for errors or warnings related to files or drives.

no like wemod opens and everything but like as soon as it opens it gets like frozen on a black screen

It’s possible something went wrong during your Windows installation. You could try a clean reinstall to see if that resolves the issue. Otherwise it seems the issue is just with your PC.
