If I open the game without WeMod, no Sentry. Same save, with WeMod get artifact, without WeMod, don't. I COULD send a save file, but don't think the server will allow that.

That's a Laylap, and there are instances where this happened to some users. It will show up if you use the mods (F9 Easy Craft and F10 Easy Deployable Tech). I suggest turning off the mods and just enabling them only when you need them.
